The uniqueness of this collection lies in the maturation process, where the wood of the barrels resonates with the musical notes of three of the band’s most legendary albums: Aqualung, Thick As A Brick & Songs From The Wood.
The first release is the album “Songs from The Wood”, an album released by Jethro Tull in 1977. For 28 months, a barrel of rum has been the privileged witness of every chord and rhythm, vibrating in perfect harmony with the melodies of the album, permeating every note.
Our precious liquid has undergone this musical process twice a day, accumulating a total of 587 hours, making this Craft Rum a liquid symphony. Meticulous immersion has been the key to transforming our exquisite Craft Rum into a unique and unrepeatable creation.
Notes of vanilla and oak, infused with the essence of the disc, bring to life a flavour profile reminiscent of the distinctive intensity of a fine whisky. The uniqueness of this distilled Jethro Tull masterpiece lies not only in its contents, but also in the container itself: a first-fill, heavily toasted American oak cask, which acts as the crucible where the music and the art of distilling converge.
