Wine holland obtained by a single distillation in a 200-litre copper still, starting from 1000 litres of 18% vol. oloroso wine. After five days of distillation, we obtain 220 litres of wine holland at 59% vol. crystalline and strongly reminiscent of the raw material. It is aged in highly toasted American oak barrels for 14 months, vibrating the wood daily with a specific bass speaker. We cause the acoustic waves to penetrate the pores of the wood, improving the maturation of the Brandy.
