For the first edition of Soundcask we have distilled a very special Brandy from Oloroso wine.
The music chosen by our master distiller vibrates in the cask, causing the Brandy to interact intensely with the porosity of the oak. Musical vibrations are used as an added ingredient, ensuring that every drop of Soundcask is infused with the music that made it vibrate.
Every night for 12 months from 4:30 am to 5:12 am the barrel has vibrated with music, 42 minutes a day that has made the Brandy Soundcask unique and very special.
